The current TSP strategy Group allocation is 100% F, but I have a slightly different view. Generally, I still see this market as a continuation of the bear market started in 2001. However, currently we're in the last parts of the "BEAR MARKET RALLY" that could push the SPX to near 2200 range to complete the rally. I was only 70% in for the market until yesterday, but I made my last 30% in yesterday and willing to take a risk if my view is wrong. I still think that the market haven't finished this up momentum yet. If SPX can move beyond 2082, then 2016 and then 2035, I think it could go up to around 2200 range. My latest target projection is around 2208 to 2236 if the market continue the current trend. So until I see a trend change, I'll stick to my current allocation. Hopefully, I can cash in in time before I see an impulsive decline. Good luck folks.
