For those who are brave enough to move into equity at this point, my hats off to you! I've been in 100% equity since late February and I'm still believing that if SPX cracks 2103 barrier then a new high will follow. In fact, the C fund already generated "A Buy Signal: 60day_EMA cross up to 200day_EMA" last week and the "Golden Cross: 50day_SMA cross up 200day_SMA" is only a few points away from crossing it. So don't get panic until we see a new high. It's purely based on my wave analysis, but my next target for SPX after crossing up that 2103 is around 2236. If we do get there, then you need to start thinking about protecting your assets. Good luck folks!

That's good that you kind of messed up your original thought where now you can buy low and sell high later or maybe just picka stock fund and hold it for another 17 years, it worked for me.

I still have 17 years to retirement, so I don't think it'll make a big difference one way or another. I did realize that I only requested future contributions be changed, not interfund transfer, so technically I'm still 100% F fund. I'm intrigued by Paul's theory that the market will still be increasing a little longer.

You pretty much just bought in with 50% of your retirement as the market came close to its all time high. That is the exact opposite of buy low sell high. Good luck.
I just put 50% back into equities today. Keeping 50% in F. Will be monitoring closely the next few weeks, I still suspect a big drop, but hoping to snipe a couple percent before it does. My luck, it will start tanking this week, so I'm trying to take one for the team
