As we have discussed, bear market rallies are designed to perplex and confuse.
With respect to the S fund, we are currently in a short term bull and long term bear market.
(quite a dead cat bounce, wouldn't u say?)
With respect to the C fund, the same applies albeit with less downside/upside projected.
The F fund is currently both short and long term bullish.
What is causing consternation is that, while the C and S funds are still long term bearish, the DJIA is
currently "neutral" (neither bullish nor bearish). While some Dow Theorists state that implies that the Dow has returned to bullish, others argue that you would need confirmation from the Dow Transports, which are currently failing to confirm.
