Depends on how far and fast the dollar moves, but the stronger dollar /weaker euro will benefit export oriented international companies and already is!
That is, of course, true. However, with the USD rising, IMHO, investing in the I fund would be "sailing against the wind" as you would not achieve all of the realized gains. They would be muted by the currency exchange.
