My point was not to say my timing service is better than anyone elses.. The whole idea of timing is in my opinion wrong headed and backed up by a ton of research and Buffett, John Bogle , etc. Folks in the TSP would be much better off fine tuning asset allocations and strategies to their own personal objectives and risk tolerance levels. My apologies for any misunderstanding.
OK, how would u recommend that folks fine tune their asset allocations and strategies to their own personal objectives and risk tolerance levels?
I have always maintained a similar objective, that one's TSP allocation should be based in allowing that person to sleep well at night.
