That's a 6.5% annual return for TSP Strategy, while the S&P500 returned 7.92% over the same 10-yr period. And those aren't risk adjusted returns, so the spread would be even bigger with that adjustment.

Am I missing something, Sarah? I know the returns for the last couple years have looked good, but it appears over an extended period of comparison, anyone following TSP Strategy would have returned less than the S&P500, even while taking on additional risk. The additional ~1.5% makes a huge difference over a 10/20 year timeframe.
