I wasn't sure either but by reading others experiences on no co-pays I got Medicare. The number one reason was that between Medicare and my FEHB I have had no co-pays for anything including doctors visits, medicine or procedures so far. I would research how your FEHB plan will work along side Medicare. As stated already everyone should research based on their health and needs. Some FEHB plans will actually pay part of your Medicare premiums. Go to Consumer's Checkbook and compare plans, they have a tab to compare if you have Medicare. Some agency's give you free access so check with yours. Postal service gives free access. Go to http://www.checkbook.org/newhig2/hig.cfm
