*publishing returns does not mean anything IMHO. Madoff published returns, how did that work out
Publishing annual returns shows that you take responsibility for how well your allocations succeed or fail.
Clients can easily track and objectively substantiate their returns by monitoring TSP prices.
Madoff's goal was to take his client's money by lying to them.
They had no idea what he invested in.
They had no way of objectively tracking their returns.
He went to jail for that.
Do you really equate publishing TSP returns with Madoff?
