TSP Smart returned 7.3% in 2017 using his top-performing "Bellwether" system using the S fund:
The site lists hypothetical back-tested results from 2000 even though they only bought the site
in November 2013 and began using the site in 2015.
Back-tested returns are not real-time returns. It's model-fitting.
Which if any of those returns are actual? That is what we need to know.
