So what the bottom line, if you sign up for medicare, the other FEHB insurance then becomes the secondary or is it because you might not get a doctor you want or is medicare not as good as other insurances. I will guess that since 98% of people get medicare its not considered as good. So are you saying if personal family history is excellent, on no medications, and close to perfect overall health then medicare should be fine? So whats something that current insurance might include thats compared to medicare wouldn't include?

It's a personal decision that only you should be making. I will likely decline Medicare but I work in health care field and have really thought this out. I would look into your personal family history, your current medications, and your overall health along with what your current insurance benefits include and then decide..
It's not a decision you should be asking someone off the street. :)
