Medicare part A is free. Part B is $134 base price with about $50 extra per month if you make over $80 or $85k per year in retirement as a single person. Not sure about married income that trips the extra payment.
As always, your mileage may vary and it pays to ask questions to the people that know.

I know this isn't the format here, but I don't know where else I can ask my question: I'm retired and turn 65 in January. I'm unsure about taking Medicare. I would still keep my FEHB if I do sign up. Any comments about why you did or didn't? Thank you in advance.
