Nice call. Been a "Sarah fan" for some time.
I noticed the I fund doing well last month so rebalanced to 50% I and 25% each in C and S.
The world economy continues in an overall upswing.
US stock markets continue with strength and more likely to follow as the power of the tax cuts adds fuel to the fire (not being political - just practical).
I'm straddling the fence for a while longer but may go 100% I at a certain point.
