start with 1/1/2017 to today.

look at F fund (chaos? yes?)
look at C, S, I
tell me, and yourself, its your money after all
What are the 3 moving averages doing?
What does it look like they will do in another month (22 trading days)
specifically LOOK at the 20 and 50 day averages of the C and S and I
diverging up or down? close together, converging?
LOOK at the 20, 50, 200 day of the I fund.
Get back to me in a month, say early June.

I went to G about 2 weeks ago, the day the S fund closed at 1224 or 1225, just on a personal hunch, and will wait it out a while. No rhyme or reason, just a gut feeling (which has burned me many a time).
