I find it unfortunate that people within government trying to play politics when the guy they voted for wants to screw over their colleagues. Then they cap it off with phrases like "it's a new world and we have a high debt."
You need to look at his entire plan. Which certainly does not screw over the rich who can certainly afford to retire anytime, yet your colleagues are asked to handle the burden instead of paying off the debt. NICE!!! Not to mention the poor and sick. Stop being apologist.
As history bares it out over and over again, the current party in power has shown no regard for having a high debt load. Look at the president's own private business.
