keep these % in these funds, next month, no changes, next month no changes, repeat, repeat, repeat, then "please remit another $150".

You take time here, for free other than a few minutes now and then, use TSP Charts & Returns - Thrift Savings Plan and Sarah's -->>free<<-- advice,
and additionally look at 20, 50 and 200 day moving averages to basically confirm,
take tiny baby steps of "what if I..." and take control of YOUR money and YOUR retirement.
Using Sarah's advice and MY eyes and -->free tools, i got an extra, 113.9871, S fund shares worth $4,943.95, on a tiny, baby step, by looking at what things are doing, and i am 100% in S fund,
I got myself into a G fund "time out" from 11/9/2016 to 11/30/2016 because of emotion and missed the S fund rise the rest of that month of 4.75% (~$2.00/share)
This is an extremely valuable group to increase YOUR knowledge. I intend to be retired at least 25-30 years, spend a 1/2 hour a day educating yourself
To me, a good chart, with salient data, encompasses the mind set of the market sentiment, and can give at a glance, to a knowledgeable mind a decision
as a very good example, look at Minard's chart of Napoleons invasion of Russia and Moscow in the dead of winter, and summer, and how he turned an army of 440,000 into an army of 10,000. (almost everybody died)
At a glance, you can see it was an extremely bad mistake, with only 7 sets of data, overlaid on 1 graphic
A stock chart can be similar, tho perhaps not as obvious most of the time, you have to choose your data to examine and why
(and this is not investing advice, YMMV, etc etc)

TSP Pilot subscription only includes 2 recommended portfolios for investor's consideration. The Aggressive portfolio has been around for 11 years! Why isn't that long enough to make it onto your list? LOL! Yes, their 10.4% return in 2016 took a long time to post, but it's not like "fake news." Please reconsider. Thanks.

Actually, when we began tracking TSP Pilot, the Aggressive Portfolio did not exist.

We only track one portfolio per advisor.
As we have stated many times, advisors will start with one portfolio.
If that doesn't do very well, they will come out with a second..perhaps AGGRESSIVE.
If that doesn't do very well, they will come out with a third...perhaps CONSERVATIVE.
If an advisor gives you 10 portfolios to choose from, who is the advisor?
Apparently, you are.
