The major impediment continues to be that marijuana is illegal at the federal level. As a result, there is an impediment to borrowing funds, and subsequently, an impediment in growing the business. I would wait, at a minimum, until a sector mutual fund is available. The sectors that presently should do well are those benefiting from a Trump administration, i.e., banking, energy, small caps, russia
The S fund should gain roughly 25% over the next 18 months from its close on Friday.
