FWIW -- TSP Radar (now hosted by Quacera) identified I Fund momentum shifted from negative to positive back on 22 December. It's up 2.47% since then. However, S-fund is up 4.69% since it's momentum shifted positive back on 17 November.
For those of us who hold a portfolio of three to five TSP Funds, not just one, it can make sense to adjust percentages and add or drop funds based on movements like that. Not sure how such data helps the "100% in one fund" strategy though.
