Yes you can. You will have to fill out form TSP-60 and include the funds when submitting, whether it's a direct-transfer check or one from the participant's own account.
Money that's added to the TSP account is treated like other deposits and is distributed with the same contribution allocations.

May I transfer a private 401K into the TSP at any time? I thought I had only a certain time period when I was first employed.
I was visiting the TSP site to up my contribution due to the pay increase saw this form- TSP-60 Request for a transfer into the TSP.
Searched TSP.GOV and could not find an answer.
