Hard to say without knowing which tax bracket you are in now and which you'll likely be when you retire.
I looked recently at my tax bracket and my taxes will only drop 2% given today's tax brackets which I believe will increase as I get older. It's likely not a bad idea for you either but I also don't know your current tax bracket and where you think you'll be at in retirement.
