yes, its happened to me several times in the past 6 years and I often wonder what in the hell is going on that they would do this? 2 or 3 years ago, I made a trade before 9am eastern time and had they made the transfer correctly, I would have gained nearly $2, but instead, lost money. I was sorely pissed!! but who do you file your complaint with? its all a big machine, programmed by the very rich and in their favor. I could go on, but I experiencing the beginnings of high blood pressure and this can only go down hill from here.
