I have run 6-8 malware and anti virus scans using Malwarebytes and Avast antivirus on my computer with nothing reported, but freely admit it is an excellent phish
I sent TSP a secure email and alerted them
there is what appears to be a "hostile" link that downloads an html to your PC see below

If you look at source code it kinda stands out as a serious freakout level

This is an actual PHISHING attempt at it finest. No legitimate government entity has an email address of "tsp@public.govdelivery.com". I remember receiving a warning about a possible attempt a few months ago.
