Of course TSP Strategy is a trading site. Most members are unaware of the methodology and are content to await Sarah's trade signal to trade among the five offerings of the TSP. Sarah is using her own set of technical indicators. Because of the offerings of TSP I don't think the site is heavy on fundamental analysis. Little talk about the overall P/E of the S&P.
The question is what kind of trading is going on here? It is certainly not short term day trading site. It's more position trading looking to hold for weeks or months.
If you don't want to trade just put your money in one of the L funds and set the alarm for your retirement day. In the realm of investing Modern Portfolio Management is the reigning approach and that is what the L funds are all about.
