ie, 1 week, 1 month, 5 month
what are the trends
(hint look at F Down long term)
look at C & S, pretty much upwards, eh?
look at I, note the 2 month down "blip" Nov - Dec
filter out the daily "noise" (you can only trade 36 times a year, 12 are INTO G fund, 24 otherwise)
just keep a daily set of charts and plot points and remain calm

You might be joking, but moving after the market drops 2.2% is simply locking in that loss. That's backwards. Today would've been great for someone to get back into S if they had been hanging out in G.
It's not pleasant to see your account balance decrease due to a 2.2% drop, but it's just a number. You don't actually lose until you sell. If you get stuck in a downturn, it's best to ride it out. This is all my opinion... I'm not an expert.
