No payment plans. You fill out a form on the TSP website and send a check in every time you want to put the money back into you TSP.
Look at the tax laws/rules as well. If you pay it back, I believe it is not taxed.

I read that a condition of the withdrawal is that it is paid back in 5 years, if I'm not mistaken, which my co-worker wasn't aware of. How is it paid back? Are payment plans set up by TSP or the employee? Is it paid back like a regular loan that is taken out under TSP?
