you could be correct
looking at last 13 months of S Fund. last 11.5 of them look nicely upward BUT last 2 months are looking a tiny bit toppy with some froth
A closer look at the last 2 months shows S Fund pretty flat over all
Also it looks a tiny bit like the 20 day moving average of the S Fund may be flattening and becoming more horizontal (not rising so much)
And the linear regression line of the last 2 months is a bit flatter than the last 13 months, (obviously) but still upwards
To me it bears close watching
This is not advice, it's merely my thoughts on what I am thinking
For the person who complained I didn't have the MACD oscillator, here it is
Here is a link to Moving Averages and oscillators of the DWCPF which still are a "buy" indicator if you follow those

I would suggest that folks go to TSP.gov and download the daily data in Excel and fiddle around with it on your lunch breaks
(just get all the funds, it makes it easier later when you change stuff)
You can get a better understanding and feel for what's going on
Personally I think that renewables are finally taking off but let others with more time look for hidden gems
and if "ONLY 3% of $1.9 Trillion" is going to individuals that's still a $57 BILLION injection into the economy alone and the rest is going to get spent which will generate spending into more spending, etc

Less than 3% of that 1.9T went to Americans, the rest to random programs. I dont know if that will stimulate the economy much.

What do the Moving Averages and the Oscillators tell you?
Things to me look a little "frothy" but $1.9 Trillion is getting injected into the economy

DWCPF is currently a mini-dip, but it is about 10% higher than when we sold S end of Dec2020. I am looking for a dip that will get to over 5% of that point on 31Dec. And I am beginning to accept that we are not going to see that condition. I am appealing to some of the members that watch their charts for thoughts on the possibility of getting a strong pullback in S.
