I lost a ton of sick leave because I thought it was 160 in hours for a month. Was glad I had the sick leave as I took 3 months after my back surgery and still added months to my time in service. But there is no way in hell I would ever go back. Retirement is good good!

Here is a good conversion chart. Tells you how many hours you will be credited and how many you will lose. Used it when I retired so I did not leave any on the table.
