I'm presently ~50% G, remainder F, S, C, no I
G fund is basically cash and it takes a day to enact a move, so post 11am friday is too late for tuesday
I have 2 moves for November left
If you go all G before 11am Thursday, you are in the G fund as of Friday morning.
If you go all G before 11 am Friday, you are in the G fund as of Monday morning.
If you go all G before 11am Thursday, you are in the G fund as of Friday morning.

If DT wins I expect chaos in the world markets because of his inappropriate and incendiary statements about treaties, agreements, etc causing uncertainty and a rush to safety, even at a loss,

In other words, you are moving to the G fund as of Fri or Mon (you haven't decided which yet) because of uncertainty with respect to the markets' reaction to the election. That is a fair comment and you should not fear making it here. You might wish to consider this:
If HRC wins and, according to your thinking, the markets will rally in response, the rally will likely begin on Wednesday morning, when you are in the G fund. You will be back in equities as of Thursday morning, at which time IMHO, if there is a Wed rally, there would likely be a downward reaction to the overblown Wednesday rally. ....just something for you to consider.
