Hi Mike - RSI is the Relative Strength Index - it's a tool that attempts to gauge when a market is overbought or underbought. When the index is above 70, it is considered to be overbought. The S fund is now at 71. You can also see on the S fund chart other time periods when the RIS hit 70, and what happened to stock prices....The hard part is that if you exit on RSI=70, you have to know when to get back in - and that's easier said than done.
