Do you have an opinion on the condition of the International market? The I Fund is tanking again this morning. Would it be crazy to IFT to 100% I? Those shares are temptingly cheap today. For me, it would be a 40%C, 40%S, 20%I to 100%I. I'm up 2.5% in C and 4.5% in S since my last transfer into equities, so I'm thinking of taking that gain and risking it in I. Stupid? Crazy?... Both?

Hi Mike - RSI is the Relative Strength Index - it's a tool that attempts to gauge when a market is overbought or underbought. When the index is above 70, it is considered to be overbought. The S fund is now at 71. You can also see on the S fund chart other time periods when the RIS hit 70, and what happened to stock prices....The hard part is that if you exit on RSI=70, you have to know when to get back in - and that's easier said than done.
