Yes, IWM. Also if you want to spice things up you can trade UMW which is a double leveraged Russell 2000 ETF or TNA which is a triple leveraged Russell 2000 ETF.
I've been in cash since the summer and on Sarah's advice went 100% to TNA on Tuesday. End of Friday I'm up 24%.
Note of caution, as leveraged ETFs go up faster they also go down faster. Also they have quite a high expense ratio.
