[LeadersWorkshop] Work Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction

I am making a research in ICT ( Information and Communication Technology) sector workers in Turkey about their relationship between the work- family conflict levels and the job satisfaction levels.

I am trying to find examples and researches about this subject and especially opinions about the managers and the professionals who works in ICT sector. Your sharing’s’ will be very useful to construct my research.
