[LeadersWorkshop] Re: Fear of failure

 

Well everybody have a fear of failure but it depends upon the ability of the individual to convert the fear into motivation.No one is perfect and
the fear can be effectively utilsed as a driving force to perform better or handle any worse situation,otherwise the fear will make you pessimist
and the one who don't want to face challenges just because they might not turn in your favour will be a looser as i believe.

Apart from the fear I would like to mention to have faith in god because the problems may seem unresolved to us and challenges impossible to meet but above all I have a 'Mighty God' with me to solve them.
