Introduction:
Dance provides a platform for the employees to be themselves without any constraints or restrictions on their movements. In fact, dance synchronizes the movement between mind and body, increasing motor coordination. Another benefit specific to these sessions is the employee's opportunity to establish increasing levels of comfort within themselves, in their own skin. It also provides a sense of wholeness to all individuals.
Dance movement strengthens the body/mind connection through body movements to improve both the mental and physical well-being of individuals. It is a form of therapy, the ultimate purpose of dance is to find a healthy balance and sense of wholeness. Movements reflect personality. It allows the employees to experiment with new ways of being.

About Sandip Soparrkar:
Sandip is a German Trained Ballroom Dance Teacher, who is the first Indian to be certified by the `Ballroom Dance Teachers Training School' in Bonn Germany.
He is qualified to teach all Latin American and Standard Ballroom Dances (Rumba, Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep & Tango till Championship Level. He is the faculty member for the `Femina Miss India', `Grasim Mr. India' & `Indian Idol' Contests, where he gives lectures & demonstrations on `International Dance Appreciation'
He is also a faculty member at various finishing schools in Mumbai; 'Image Inc - A Birla Lifestyle Venture' headed by Avantika Birla and Rukshana Eisa and at Padmini Kholapure's Model Shoppe' headed by Tejaswini Kholapure. Sandip teaches body posture, poise, dance floor etiquette, body language & grace for couple dances at social gatherings.
Many well know corporate companies like: Jet Airways, Hindustan Lever, Lintas, HSBC Bank, ICICI Securities, HDFC Bank, Citi Group, Hinduja Hospital, Wockhard Hospital, Prince Ali Khan Hospital, Kotak Mahindra, Perfect Relations, Human Factors International, etc take dance lessons as an HR activity for their employees.
Details:
Different forms of dance shall be taught like Rumba, Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa etc.
There are two options that you may go for:
1) Regular dance class once a week
No of employees- 25 to 30 in a batch
Duration- 1 Hour
Fees- Rs 7000 per class
2) Workshops once a month or once in 2 months
No of employees- 35 to 50 in a batch
Duration- 2 Hours
Fees- Rs 50,000
