  FWIW - I prefer to watch the daily close of the 3 TSP Funds against their 50 day and 200 day simple moving averages. I choose a window of 9 months to a year at the TSP Center site to get a better perspective. That helps slow the trigger on making modest...

  go to this site, do a 20 day and 100 day moving avg on F,C,S,I funds  (S and C is up today, F and I down today)But the 20 day and 100 day MA in the S fund seem to be slitely converging, but just slitely.(I'm 100% S, retired 3/31/2016)TSP Charts...

  Agree with you!  I am not retiring for another 2 years and 11 months, but my plan is not to touch the TSP until I have to and to live off what I get in FERS retirement and Social Security(gap at first) for my living expenses, etc. Kkeeping...
