It does appear that most have missed the mark. However, many may be in the same situation that I am. I am 61 years old, started as a Fed when I was 53 and had no 401K from my prior employment to transfer over. I am approaching 100K in my TSP which isn't enough, but considering that I not SES or a GS14 or 15, isn't half bad. Keep on saving.
With 418 millionaires in the TSP and 1.4 million government employees, I think the norm is that most, if not all have missed their mark, no? Can everyone give me a dollar:) that why I can be 419?
