Dear Shane, Few weeks back I was invited To soft- ware company having similar Issues. It is necessary to develope team work. Developing team work needs setting common goals. Setting common goals requires setting new platforms and creating Ground zero.This requires creating nothingness. So that people in team are free from the past. This is done through specialised technique, through training. On Communication - New Dimension. Most of us think in typical format when we normaly communicate in our daily life at office and at home.This traditional way of communications sucks our lot of power and energy. We have devloped entirely new model by which everyone gets power. and able to be in Win - Win Situations. Thanks Rajendra Deshpande.

| Hope everything is fine at your end; I am Shane, I am new to "Synergy". I need your help and expertise regarding the said topic. Please send me your valuable inputs... My boss tasked me to do this project and it is a big and very important one. As you know, our Company is the outcome of the merge of 9 companies. This merge took place almost three years ago but most of our current staff are from the old companies. What we have noticed here that most of the old staff still think in their old companies way. They belong to those entities and not to our company. the reason is that there is no SYNERGY. No strong image, culture, values, ethics and attitudes of SALE to be applied among all staff. After while, we discovered that all these mentioned are there on paper. They are well-prepared but poorly implemented and published among staff. In other words, they are decorating our walls but not grasped by our minds. And here we came up with this plan that my boss think is very necessary for this company. It is a proposal that we will submit to the top management for the purpose of enforcing our company image and culture and make it our daily routine for every individual in this company. Please help us come up with a comprehensive and persuasive PROJECT PLAN so that we can get approval and budget from top management. We are waiting for your kind reply and support.
