Trust things are fine with you. HR Sangam is a Chennai based forum for HR professionals enjoying the membership of more than 500 HR professionals from the city. HR Sangam started off as an offline meeting of CiteHR patrons and conducts regular monthly meetings.
Greetings! After the Navarathri week, HR Sangam is happy to announce its monthly meeting for October. Leadership has been a hot topic amongst the management fraternity for quite some time now. The opportunities and challenges that the present day professional faces have been debated enough in many a forum. Attempting to give it yet another management facet, we are presenting a session on "Servant Leadership – From a Power to Service Model"
Servant-leaders achieve results for their organizations by giving priority attention to the needs of their colleagues and those they serve. Servant-leaders are often seen as humble stewards of their organization's resources (human, financial and physical).
Facilitator: This session will be handled by Mr. Shashikanth Jayaraman, Head - HR (South India), Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. & Founder - HR Sangam. Shashi carries with him close to a decade of experience in HR apart from conducting a plethora of training programmes across levels and formats.
Venue: Andhra Chamber of Commerce, New No: 23, Third Cross Street, West CIT Nagar, Nandanam, Chennai-600 035
Direction & Landmark: While coming along Anna Salai from guindy, take the left before the signal where the Hyundai car showroom is located (CIT nagar). Also, the venue is located on the same lane as that of Alpha Matriculation School
Date & Timings: Saturday, the 23rd of October 2010. 06.00 p.m to 08.00 p.m. Registration and networking over tea shall be commence at the venue from 5.30 p.m
Session Fee: Free for members and Rs.150 for non members
