I moved to S in mid January, because companies in C usually gets affected when there's issue with trade since C companies also hold businesses outside US.

Sarah, any more thoughts about moving to S? Several other TSP groups that I track have recently moved either entirely to S or roughly 50/50 C/S. Perhaps they are just chasing last months returns, but I recall you were contemplating this move as well.
