The graph shows that the C fund is currently at the top trend line of a downtrend pattern/channel. "IF" the trend is valid, the C fund will start to go back down, if not now, then very soon. I reattached the image, hopefully you can see it

Drawn on the C fund from the all time high to the bottom of the first major down trend, back the top of the final uptrend. I went 100% G as of this morning.. (full disclosure, I had to redraw because it broke out of my first prediction)
