ok,

looking at  a 1 year chart, it looks like it bottomed in early september.

SO, is it somewhat an inverse of the S fund? a confirmatory? 

I am presently clueless how to interpret.

does it show a weakening or a strengthining of the $ against other currencies?

a hint please
