How much are your BCBS premiums in retirement? Basic?

I pay the Self+one basic rate and get $1600 reimbusement for the Medicare B premiums. My wife has racked up a large amount of medical expenses and we have not paid one penny out of pocket other than for prescriptions. We do however have to insure we stay with preferred providers but we have had no difficulty receiving adequate care. After two years with BCBS basic and several hundred thousand in medical bills i see no need to go back to standard fo coverage.
