C fund currently has greater short-term potential than the S fund, IMHO.
im tending to agree from a chartist point of view
If you look at last 2 months,
the S fund has wandered above and below the 20 day moving average, and doesn't like the upper 2 standard deviation envelop
the C fund has stayed almost exclusively above the mean.
in that time period C has returned ~4% and S ~2.25%, both positive though
im _not_ giving advice, just looking at charts
