On its worst day, America is still the greatest place to live. If it weren't we would not have issues with people trying to get in instead of trying to flee a forsaken land (at least as defined by the alt-left which arguably includes the narrator Ed Asner). I grew up in one of the poorest areas of this country, the Mississippi Delta. My family was poor. I am the first college graduate in my entire family, going back as far as we can trace. I have faced most every economically-disadvantaged challenge one can face. But the American dream lives and I am one of its recipients. I am sick of the whiners who talk about how bad our country is. The 60s had a quaint phrase about this grand old country, "love it or leave it". Tearing it down in free speach may be one's given 1st ammendment Right, but it doesn't make the one who rants right. The successes of others do not by definition harm me or even deprive me. Enough whining! We all have work to do to make this country even better. Blaming the successful is like blaming a surgeon for being competent. This flawed logis is what gave us No Child Left Behind, which by most reputable standards is a system that is successfully leaving all children behind as compared to other teaching systems around the world. TSP_Strategy is, or atleast I thought, about strategies to employ in the TSP Funds. It is apparently becoming a political podium. Sad. Very, very sad.
