ME too - I have been burnt WAY too many times given the constraints on trading in the TSP. The inability to trade instantly interday, and only twice month puts the handcuffs on any chance at timing anything. The flip is we pay almost no fees. I've found that if I just "be in a trend" regardless of the exact day I enter or leave, I am doing well.
