What coaching is and what coaching is not – Coaching is the ability to positively impacting others. Counseling is when you are advising others on how to do things and Mentoring is where you have expertise in some field and you share that information with others to make them experts. Coach may not be expert in the same field, like cricket Coaches no need have expertise in cricket. Life Coaches work on personal problems of people, e.g., solving family issues,Executive Coach focuses on the workplace and business coaching,Career Coach helps you decided which career to choose.
