Being Judgmental This is the coworker who continually passes judgment on everything and everyone she encounters. From the color of a stranger's shoes to the competency of her coworkers she has a clear opinion, and feels both entitled and obligated to express it. The judgmental coworker can have a dramatically negative impact on our working environment, and her negative comments can be very demotivating. Here are a few tips for dealing with a judgmental coworker: 1. Never say anything that might in any way appear supportive of her comments 2. If she looks to you to support her comments, simply say, "I try not to judge people (things)." 3. Try and avoid her as much as possible She's not going to change her behavior, but with any luck, you can get her to change her behavior when she's around you. Good Luck!
