From what I understand from my own research and info. from this site, FERS retirees who are receiving the Social Security Supplement are not eligible for COLA raises until age 62 when they will start receiving 100% of their Social Security.

I retired last December so this is my first experience with a COLA increase.
I understand FERS retirees will receive 2% rather than 2.8%. Does this apply to the supplemental as well? Since it is tied to Social Security, is it the full 2.8%
Thanks in advance.
Rich
