i am _NOT_ giving advice. my investments have "gone to hell in a handbasket" in the last month

I have a widow friend, 60, who now has her late husband's TSP account. It has $70,000 and it has been sitting in the G fund since his death approx 1 year ago. She is not allowed to contribute money to the account. She knows I'm a Fed and asked me which fund- and when she should move into to grow her money. She still works and has other assets and is willing to take some risk with the $70,000.
She investigated Cannabis stocks and discovered they aren't doing as well as 'everyone' assumes they are. She plans to move some CDs from her bank to a brokerage account since this would increase the yield from about 0.50 to 2.00
In short- she isn't sure what to do with her money and neither of us have any understanding of markets.
I follow this group and am currently 100% in S by the way.
