How do you take into account the craziness (danger? scariness?) we are going through with tariffs, etc? Is it all in the charts? Do you read any signs that say the s*#($* will hit the fan in the near future due to the uncertainties? How long do you think the stimulus and stock buy backs will fuel the US stock market?

Hi Barry,

1. Everything that is known (including "inside information") is baked into the price.

2. Investors' reactions to what is known is also baked into the price.  And since we are talking about human beings, the response is generally exaggerated.

3. Negative swings usually occur in Aug, Sept and Oct. 

4. I think a bear market is most likely to begin in the latter part of next year.
