If as a simple charting exercise, you ask

Is the daily close > 5 day moving average add 1 or 0

Is the 5day MA >10 day MA, add 1 or 0

Is the 10day MA > 20 day MA add add 1 or zero

ie Daily > 1 week, 1 week > 2 week,  2 week > 1 month

and sum the 0, 1, 2, 3 and graph last 6 weeks

to me it looks like around 5/3 the S and C turned up and I started going flat,

6 week graph 

I personally went 100% S on 5/11, my decision, my money only to lose or gain, but am (presently up ~1.9% since 5/11)

situations can and do change and the market seems volatile, up down. up down and it's making me dizzy

=IF(K10>S10,1,0)+IF(S10>T10,1,0)+IF(T10>U10,1,0) (where i get my 0,1,2, or 3 to sum)

Continuing to watch the USD's rise.  Should it continue rising, and the 50 day MA crossover the 200 day MA, then returning to the S fund could make sense.
